As a small batch artisan chocolatiers, we are very passionate about flavours and experimenting with flavours! This is why we carry a set collection of truffles and caramels (summer and winter flavours, time of year depending!), as well as some spontaneous fun flavours that are not in the set line. Since don’t use any products to extend shelf life, our fresh flavour infused truffles have a shorter shelf life of 2 weeks and best enjoyed as soon as possible. We have assembled a range of flavour profiles to suit many tastes – from classic (vanilla bean, or salted caramel) to adventurous (spicy caramel, or keylime basil!).
And then there is your custom request. If you have a flavour profiles in mind, don’t be shy – just ask. We are your reliable go-to custom small batch chocolatiers. Any reasonable request will be considered. In fact, if your suggestion makes it to our regular product line, you will receive a complimentary 1 lb. box featuring your selection! All truffles, caramels and filled chocolates are priced at $2 per piece +tax.
Our products are made fresh, no added preservatives, should be enjoyed within 2 weeks of purchase.
At CocoaBistro, we are constantly innovating. This dairy free beauty is literally melt-in-your-mouth-delicious. Peppermint Meltaway has a lower melting point than other ganaches in our collection, thus it starts releasing peppermint and rich dark chocolate flavours as soon as it touches - or melts - on your tongue.
HEAT LOVERS! This is for you!! This chili pepper is cultivated from a friends mothers backyard, dried by her father, and passed along with love to CocoaBistro! We have infused it into our in-house made molten caramel for a flavour experience to remember. Have a bite, and venture through sweet caramel forenotes and a growing warm heat afternote that leaves you salivating for another!
A classic flavour made as well as possible - this truffle is made with whole madagascar vanilla beans to deliver a genuine vanilla flavour through the creamy milk ganache centre.
Warm spices such as cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg are infused along with whole leaf tea into the milk chocolate ganache. While orange flavour notes dance along your palette initially, the chai really pulls the whole flavour profile together for a comforting familiar-yet-somehow-enhanced flavour.
